1. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN playsocialcasin?

   1. The following terms are defined for these Sweeps Rules:

      1. Eligible Participants refers to legal residents of the Authorized Territories;

      2. Authorized Territories refer to the United States, excluding Washington, Idaho, Kentucky, Nevada, West Virginia, Montana, and Michigan;

      3. Participant denotes any individual engaged in Promotional Play;

      4. Postal Request Code is defined in clause 3.4 of these Sweeps Rules;

   2. Promotional Play refers to playsocialcasin's sweepstakes promotions. Only Eligible Participants who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is later) may participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

   3. The Sweepstakes is subject to all relevant federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local regulations. Each Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participation complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

   4. By entering, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to abide by these Sweeps Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters regarding the Sweepstakes.

   5. Winning a prize requires compliance with all conditions outlined in these Sweeps Rules.

   6. Employees of playsocialcasin, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, marketing agencies, or any other entities involved in the Sweepstakes' development, production, execution, or distribution, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children, whether by birth, marriage, or adoption) and household members (those who share the same residence for at least three months a year), are ineligible to participate.

2. SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR/PROMOTER

   The Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes is Gold Coin Group LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States of America.

3. WAYS TO EARN SWEEPS COINS

   1. Once logged into playsocialcasin, there are four ways an Eligible Participant can obtain Sweeps Coins:

      1. Get Sweeps Coins as a bonus with Gold Coin purchases. Participants can receive Sweeps Coins as an additional reward when purchasing specially marked Gold Coin packs. Gold Coins are intended for social gameplay within playsocialcasin and cannot be exchanged for prizes. The number of Sweeps Coins received per qualifying Gold Coin purchase will be displayed in the purchase window. All Gold Coin purchases are final, and refunds are not available.

      2. Win Sweeps Coins in no-cost giveaways on playsocialcasin’s Social Media pages. playsocialcasin frequently hosts free-to-enter social media contests where participants can win Sweeps Coins by following the contest instructions. These giveaways may require users to share posts or engage with content to be eligible. The number of Sweeps Coins awarded will be specified in each contest post, and winners will receive their coins directly in their Customer Account.

      3. Earn Sweeps Coins by logging into your account. Participants can claim free Sweeps Coins daily by completing the following steps:

         1. Log into your Customer Account.

         2. Navigate to "Wallet" and select "Hourly Bonus."

         3. Click the "Claim" button at the bottom of the pop-up.

         The Hourly Bonus can only be claimed once per hour, with the timer resetting every 60 minutes.

      4. Request Sweeps Coins via mail. Participants can request free Sweeps Coins by obtaining a Postal Request Code and mailing a handwritten request.

         Participants must:

         1. Handwrite their return address on the front of the envelope, along with "Sweepstakes Entries."

         2. Handwrite the following details on a single side of the enclosed Request Card:

            • Full name as shown on government-issued ID.

            • Email address linked to their playsocialcasin account.

   2. Each outer envelope must contain only one Request Card. For every valid Request Card submitted, Participants will receive 5 Sweeps Coins, which will be credited to their Customer Account. NOTE: Participants must ensure their handwriting is clear and legible. If handwriting is deemed unreadable, the entry will be void and the Sweeps Coins will not be awarded. The Sponsor/Promoter has sole discretion in determining the legibility of handwriting. REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE PARTICIPANT AND SENT FROM THE SAME STATE OR PROVINCE AS THE PARTICIPANT'S VERIFIED RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. Requests submitted by third parties or any entities (including commercial sweepstakes entry services) or sent from a location that does not match the Participant’s verified residential address will be deemed invalid, and Sweeps Coins will not be credited. Attempts to manipulate the request process, including automated tools or software to facilitate entries or improve handwriting legibility, are strictly prohibited. Any entries determined by the Sponsor/Promoter to have been submitted using these methods will be void. If an envelope used for requesting free Sweeps Coins is defective, unsuitable for processing, or may cause damage to mail-handling equipment (e.g., handmade envelopes with poor-quality materials or adhesives), the entry will be invalid. If a dispute arises regarding the identity of the request sender or the legitimacy of a request, and it cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the Sponsor/Promoter, the request will be deemed ineligible.

   
   

   3. A Postal Request Code is a unique 12-digit identifier that Participants can obtain by following the instructions in clause 3.5 of these Sweeps Rules. Each Postal Request Code is valid for a single use and expires 90 days after being issued. The Postal Request Code is designed to improve the efficiency of processing Request Cards. If a Request Card contains an expired Postal Request Code at the time of processing, it will be invalid. A POSTAL REQUEST CODE CAN ONLY BE USED BY THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT THAT GENERATED IT. If a Participant is suspected of sharing or transferring their Postal Request Code to another person, the Sponsor/Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the Participant and revoke their eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.

   
   

   4. A Postal Request Code can be obtained by completing the following steps:

   1. Log into your Customer Account.

   2. Click on the "Sweeps Rules" link at the bottom of the page.

   3. Select the hyperlinked "(Generated here)" text in clause 3.5 of these Sweeps Rules (Generated here).

   The Postal Request Code will be displayed for a limited time, allowing the Participant to record it on their Request Card.

   
   

   5. The number of Sweeps Coins available to a Participant is displayed in their Customer Account on the website. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to modify the amount of Sweeps Coins allocated to Participants at any time.

   6. The Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, unreadable, or misdirected requests or allocations of Sweeps Coins.

   7. In case of a dispute regarding the registration of a Customer Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used during registration will be considered the Participant. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the individual assigned the email address by an internet service provider, organization, or other entity responsible for managing email addresses.

   8. The use of automated systems, scripts, or third-party tools to Participate, acquire Sweeps Coins, or play games is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate disqualification and loss of eligibility to Participate.

   9. Sweeps Coins remain valid for 60 days from the date a Participant last logged into their Customer Account. After this period, unused Sweeps Coins will automatically expire.

   10. Sweeps Coins may also be forfeited if a Participant’s Customer Account is closed or at the Sponsor/Promoter’s sole discretion.

4. PLAYING GAMES WITH SWEEPS COINS

   1. Participants who have Sweeps Coins can use them to play games on playsocialcasin, giving them the opportunity to win additional Sweeps Coins. Any Sweeps Coins won through gameplay can be redeemed for real prizes.

   2. playsocialcasin offers a variety of games, each requiring a specific amount of Sweeps Coins to play. The required amount will be displayed next to each game. Participants may also have the option to increase their bet with additional Sweeps Coins, which can potentially enhance their winning opportunities.

   3. Only games played with Sweeps Coins offer the ability to redeem winnings for real-world prizes. The potential prizes for each game can be viewed by selecting the “Win Table” or "PayTable" button, where they will be displayed in terms of Sweeps Coins.

   4. Sweeps Coins that are won through gameplay (rather than collected through the methods outlined in clause 3 of these Sweeps Rules) can be redeemed for prizes at a value of US$1 per Sweeps Coin.

   5. All decisions made by the Sponsor/Promoter regarding the management of the Sweepstakes, gameplay, and winnings are final and cannot be contested.

   6. Unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor/Promoter, Sweeps Coins allocated to a Participant must be wagered at least three times before they become eligible for redemption. The Sponsor/Promoter may, at its discretion, increase this requirement up to a maximum of 20 times in any combination of Sweeps Coins games before the Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes.

   7. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to modify prize win rates and the odds of any Sweepstakes games at any time. Participants can view current prize details and any updates by selecting the "Win Table" or "Pay Table" button. It is the responsibility of the Participant to check the applicable prize win rates before playing each game.

5. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE CONFIRMATION

   1. ALL POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS MUST BE VERIFIED BY THE SPONSOR/PROMOTER (USING ANY METHOD OF ITS CHOOSING). DECISIONS MADE BY THE SPONSOR/PROMOTER ARE FINAL IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT OFFICIALLY DECLARED WINNERS UNTIL THEIR ELIGIBILITY AND WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, THEY HAVE COMPLIED WITH ALL SWEEPS RULES, AND THEY HAVE RECEIVED FORMAL CONFIRMATION OF THEIR WIN. SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER FORMS OF SELF-PROVIDED EVIDENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF WINNING.

   2. Potential prize winners must adhere to these Sweeps Rules, and winning is contingent upon meeting all outlined requirements.

   3. A potential winner may be required to submit an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) to claim their prize.

      The documentation must be completed and returned within the required timeframe to avoid disqualification.

   4. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to submit the necessary documentation within the specified timeframe, does not comply with these Sweeps Rules, or if the prize notification is undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits their prize.

   5. If a potential prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor/Promoter may, at its discretion, return the prize to the Sweepstakes prize pool.

6. REDEEMING SWEEPS COINS FOR REWARDS

   1. A Participant's current Sweeps Coins balance is displayed within their Customer Account.

   2. Rewards are only granted upon redemption. Participants do not hold any rights to Sweeps Coins that have not been successfully redeemed.

   3. When redeeming Sweeps Coins for cash, payouts will be made in USD and credited to the financial account or digital wallet used to purchase Gold Coins. If that option is not available, an alternative account designated by the Participant may be used. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to require redemptions to be processed through the same payment method as the original purchase or an alternative method at its discretion.

   4. When opting for gift card rewards, the gift cards will be sent to the email address associated with the Participant’s Customer Account.

   5. Prize redemptions will only be processed for amounts of at least US$100 (i.e., a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins). Therefore, a Participant’s Customer Account must hold a balance of at least 100 Sweeps Coins before requesting a redemption.

   6. TO QUALIFY FOR A SWEEPS COINS REWARD OR REDEMPTION:

      1. THE PARTICIPANT MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS; AND

      2. THE PARTICIPANT'S ACCOUNT DETAILS MUST MATCH THEIR VERIFIED CUSTOMER ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

   7. In the states of New York and Florida, the maximum redemption value for a single play or spin within the Sweepstakes is capped at US$5,000. Any prize exceeding this value will be adjusted accordingly. In all other states, the cap is set at US$60,000 per play, with any higher winnings adjusted to meet this threshold.

   8. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to impose redemption limits, such as capping redemptions at US$5,000 per day or applying alternative restrictions to meet regulatory requirements or business needs. No more than the allocated number of prizes will be awarded.

   9. Any taxes or fees associated with prize redemption are the sole responsibility of the Participant. The Sponsor/Promoter holds no liability for tax obligations related to prize winnings.

   10. The Sponsor/Promoter is not liable for any foreign exchange fees, conversion charges, or other costs that may arise in connection with the redemption process, including any financial losses due to currency fluctuations.

   11. Sweeps Coins are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any alternative unless explicitly permitted by the Sponsor/Promoter. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to replace the advertised prize with an equivalent or higher-value reward should unforeseen circumstances arise.

   12. Winners will be notified privately via email or direct message.

7. PROMOTIONAL USE

   Unless restricted by law, entering the Sweepstakes grants the Sponsor/Promoter and its affiliates the right to use a Participant’s name, image, voice, opinions, and general location (city/state/province) for marketing and advertising purposes in any format or media worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

8. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

   1. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or its rules at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activities, technical issues, or any other factors affecting the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined solely by the Sponsor/Promoter.

   2. The Sponsor/Promoter retains the exclusive right to disqualify any individual suspected of interfering with the entry process, disrupting the Sweepstakes, violating these rules, or engaging in any form of unsportsmanlike behavior.

   3. Any deliberate attempt to tamper with the legitimacy of the Sweepstakes may lead to civil and criminal penalties. If such activities are detected, the Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any provision of these rules does not constitute a waiver of rights.

   4. If modifications to these Sweeps Rules introduce limitations to your existing rights or impose unfavorable terms, you will be notified upon your next visit to the platform. Your continued participation in any Promotional Play will require explicit re-confirmation of your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will not be permitted to participate.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties (as defined above) shall not be held liable for:

      1. Any misinformation, whether due to Participant errors, printing mistakes, or issues with the software or systems used in the Sweepstakes.

      2. Technical malfunctions of any kind, including network disruptions, connectivity issues, or software/hardware failures.

      3. Unauthorized interference by third parties in any phase of the Sweepstakes.

      4. Errors or mishaps in the administration, operation, or management of the Sweepstakes.

      5. Any harm, injury, or property damage that may arise, whether directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt and use (or misuse) of any prize.

   2. If a Participant's Sweeps Coins or winning play is found to have been mistakenly deleted, lost, or rendered inaccessible, the sole remedy available is the replacement of the equivalent amount of Sweeps Coins by the Sponsor/Promoter.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Clause 24 of the T&Cs (Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate on an Individual Basis) is incorporated herein by reference and shall have full legal effect as if explicitly stated in these rules. By accepting these Sweeps Rules, you agree to abide by the dispute resolution and arbitration terms outlined in Clause 24 of the T&Cs.

11. ADDITIONAL TERMS

    1. Under no circumstances shall a Participant be entitled to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney's fees. The only recoverable expenses are actual, out-of-pocket costs directly related to participation in the Sweepstakes. Furthermore, Participants waive any right to claim multiplied or increased damages. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES, SO THESE RESTRICTIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    2. All matters concerning the interpretation, validity, enforceability, and compliance of these Sweeps Rules, as well as the rights and responsibilities of Participants and the Sponsor/Promoter in relation to the Sweepstakes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without reference to any conflict of law principles that might apply the laws of another jurisdiction.

    3. To maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor/Promoter will provide assistance via live chat and may share relevant updates through its official Social Media channels, which may include but are not limited to Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, or Twitter.

    4. Any Participant who posts or is found to be posting content on Sponsor's/Promoter's Social Media pages or elsewhere, deemed to be offensive, harmful, or disruptive to other Participants, players, or followers of playsocialcasin, or directed at the Sponsor/Promoter, will have their comments removed and may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to notify Facebook and other platforms regarding such behavior, which may result in the Participant's account being restricted or suspended pending investigation.
